Foundations: Working With Boys and Young Men in Schools is a six-module CPD course designed for  schools, giving every educator a shared language, a grounded framework, and the conceptual confidence to engage in this work transformatively.

Masculinity work in schools often gets reduced to a one-off assembly or a crisis response. Foundations is different. It's built for the long term, equipping staff across roles with the understanding and practical tools to make this work part of how your school operates not just how it reacts.​

This course has been developed from years of direct work with boys and young men in schools; workshop deliveries, assemblies, training days and the conversations that happen in between. It draws on practice, praxis and a framework that's been tested in real school contexts.
